Not many people know this about me, but I used to run a business.

Not a fortune 500 business. It was very small.

I sold custom meal and training plans to clients.

And at the beginning, it was rough. I knew what I was doing, but the time it took was not worth the effort.

I hated doing it.

Why?

The main reason was because it took hours on end to make 1 4 week meal and training plan.

So, I pondered for weeks on how I could make it go faster. Some way I wouldn’t absolutely despise the business.

And what I found?

Was systems.

Everyone talks about them.

It’s a generic topic.

But that’s because they do help.

I made an excel spreadsheet of ingredients and an excel spread sheet filled with recipes. It made everything so much faster. So after I used a recipe, I could reuse it again and again and again. I didn’t hate it as much after that.

That’s what I use for my current business as well. I systemize content creation on X so that I don’t have to spend hours upon hours creating content for 1 person to see it.

It took me a TON of trial and error to get to this point though. Years of practice, classes, and courses. And now I’ve grown from
