A letter to my future self.

Hey guysss!!

I’m on vacation right now.

And with past Nick.. that would’ve meant no work. I just laze around with my feet in the pool, the wind in my hair, with absolutely no care.

(HAHA, that rhymed.)

But now?

I do some work whenever I have time.

Because entrepreneurship is a 24/7 job. Not literally 24/7, but you don’t get weekends off. You have to do a little bit each day. Even on vacation. Is that what you want? Because I know I do! I may not have days off, but I make my own hours! I could work 8 hours one day and then the next just have a 3 hour deep work session if I wanted.

I can eat tacos for lunch one day and then decide last minute I want a PBJ at my house.

I can go to the bathroom wheneverrrrr I want. (I go very often. At my old job they legit thought I might have a condition LMAO.)

And then the best part.

The best part is the fulfillment. Feeling like you’re actually helping people. You’re doing good and helping others. It is SO much more fulfilling than working for corporate.

So, the next time you feel burnt out, or angry, or exhausted, or even depressed, remember what you’re grateful for. Be glad that you can do these things. Because a lot of people can’t.

Spread positivity. 😄 

Anyway, that’s it for today. Kind of like a letter to myself.
