There’s just no way.

Yes way.

It happened.

150K impressions AND over 300 followers.

So what’s my secret?

Did I kidnap Elon?

Did I follow for follow?

Did I eat a Mario mushroom to grow?

Nope.

I did none of that.

All I did were 3 simple things.

1. Improve my writing.

I practiced my butt off, especially at the start. I was writing 4 posts/day just to get ahead and try to learn story telling. I wasn’t sure about tactics yet, so for now I just focused on writing hooks and telling engaging stories.

People click on your profile for the branding but they stay for the content.

2. Engaged.

For the first week on X, I wasn’t sure what I was doing. I was posting aimlessly and eventually realized that stories did the best out of all of my posts. So, I started posting more stories. They’d get more views, but it wouldn’t go above 100.

Then, I finally listened to the gurus. (Ew, disgusting I know.)

But, they said to engage so I said why not give it a try. I engaged 15 minutes before and 15 minutes after each post, 4x/day. I know, wild. And, it helped the views tremendously.

But, that wasn’t the thing that skyrocketed my views or followers.

3. Hired a mentor.

Half way through the 2nd week on X, I decided to hire a mentor. Someone to teach me all of the tactics and strategies that I could be using. And lemme tell you… this was a game changer. In a 2 hour call I learned more than I had learned in the past 2 weeks. That. Is when everything started to take off. I knew exactly what to do and when to do it.

The mentor showed me the way, and I executed.
