Writing To Resonate (Newsletter)

Hey guys!

You know what the most powerful way to captivate an audience is? A cute cat.

Seriously, she started writing my posts and I blew up.

Kitler

(Her name’s actually Dottie.)

But seriously, the real reason?

Writing stories.

I’ve been writing for the past 15 years and there are 3 things that make a good story.

  1. The Problem.

A good story has to have a problem that you’re solving. If there isn’t a problem, find one, because your story won’t be very relatable to the viewer.

  1. The Journey.

A story is a transformation. Something changes. Therefore, you need to show that change through the journey.

What events transpired?

What happened to the MC?

  1. The Solution.

At this point in the story, you need to find a solution to the problem at the beginning. That’s the transformation in the story. You can use a lesson, or end with something more powerful, like a question.

If you have any questions, shoot me a reply!

Byeeee, hope this helped!! :D
