My journey to ghostwriting on X

My hands were trembling.

My eyes were darting.

My heart was racing.

I looked at the clock.

5 minutes to go.

But I felt alive.

And when I finished — I realized..

He was right. The best medicine is truly writing down your thoughts.

I had just finished writing my first X post.

→ It wasn’t pretty.

→ It wasn’t perfect.

→ It wasn’t planned.

But it was something.

Why did I decide to write this?

Because I just saw a podcast.

Deep Dive by Ali Abdaal starring Dickie Bush.

I clicked on it expecting nothing.

No thoughts, just curiosity.

But I was quickly surprised.

Dickie began to talk about making $10k/month.

An amount of money that I thought was unfathomable.

But the craziest part?

He made that by writing.

Writing of all things. Where underpaid authors go unseen for spending years on 1 project.

Or… that’s what I assumed.

He began to talk about the power of Twitter.

The app that I had been avoiding since Elon’s reign.

The app that’s known for incels and degenerates.

The app that changed his life.

And 5 minutes later I was writing my first post on Twitter.

6 minutes later I pressed the post button.

Of course, it got 3 views. (Thanks bots.)

But I kept writing every day.

I kept learning every minute.

I kept improving every second.

And 2 months later:

→ I’m making money by writing

→ I’ve grown to 500 followers

→ I’ve met so many people

None of this would’ve happened…

If I didn’t start.
